![]() Too often we allow co-workers to fall into the habit of coming to a meeting late. Even if the meeting starts on time, we often stop to give them cliff notes of what they missed. This takes away from the group’s productivity and when you think about it, such behavior ends up costing money because staff who are being paid are in an unproductive mode.
